Returns & Exchanges
At Triple G Fragrances, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because fragrances are personal products, we encourage customers to carefully read the fragrance description and notes before ordering.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong fragrance, or do not personally like the scent.
If you have purchased a fragrance and decide that it is not the right scent for you, this does not automatically qualify for a refund or exchange.
Inspired Fragrances
Our fragrances are inspired fragrances designed to provide a similar overall fragrance experience to the referenced scent. They are not original branded fragrances, are not manufactured by the original brand, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brand.
Fragrance perception can vary from person to person depending on skin chemistry, application, environment and individual scent perception. Therefore, we do not guarantee an exact match to any original fragrance.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at Triplegfragrancesnz@gmail.com

A description of the problem
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Order
Please carefully check your order before completing payment. If you accidentally select the wrong fragrance, size or product, this is generally treated as a change-of-mind/ordering error and is not automatically eligible for return or exchange.
